A community for creative entrepreneurs who want to take their business to the next level, stay on track with their goals, and have support for their big hopes and dreams. Today's special episode features four incredible women that have been part of our Tillage Village community, sharing their unique experiences and insights.

What has been the biggest shift you have seen in yourself or mindset since joining?

Kim highlighted her journey from self-doubt to proactive progress, as she engaged in workshops and harnessed the supportive community to step outside her comfort zone. For Leslie, the pivotal shift was the support in setting and achieving weekly goals, boosted by the accountability partners and structured programs within the Tillage Village. Vera's biggest shift centered around adopting purposeful planning sessions and co-working dynamics, which replaced casual approaches to her daily routine with a more focused and productive mindset. Jayme's notable shift in the past six months has centered around enhanced confidence, particularly in transitioning from client-focused work to prioritizing personal art and business. This growth has influenced improved time management, setting clearer boundaries between client and personal work, and taking proactive steps for business advancement.
